Supervisor - Heavy Mobile Maintenance

Genesis Minerals is undergoing significant growth, and we are seeking an innovative and driven Mobile Maintenance Supervisor. In this pivotal leadership role, you will guide a high‑performing team within our Leonora Hub operation, fostering a strong performance culture and ensuring the effective delivery of mobile maintenance activities. The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis on an 8 days on 6 off, 7 nights on, 7 off roster.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will ensure effective and responsive maintenance support is provided to our Leonora Operation to safely achieve the equipment availability and asset utilisation essential for optimum process within the operations

The opportunity

• Providing efficient and effective infield leadership support of the Maintenance teams to ensure that the processing plant can always operate optimally.
• Implementation of maintenance schedules and recording of maintenance activities.
• Ensuring all parts and tooling is available for the maintenance team to carry out planned works in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensuring all statutory requirements of the role are met around classified plant.
• Contributing productively as a member of the Laverton Maintenance Team to facilitate and complete whole of job function tasks, which include preparation of JHA's, Safe Starts, Field Leadership Activities and Work Management practices

• Mechanical Fitter or trade qualification
• Pronto experience is desirable
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Power Point)
